Frances is a handsome 2 year old adult medium haired tabby male who came into rescue with 11 other cats from a hoarding situation. He is now neutered and fully vaccinated. Frances is good with other cats. His foster family absolutely loves him. He is gentle, clam and cuddly but puts on a burst of speed when playing & looking for his toys.
