Daisy (reserved)

Daisy is a young adult female who was found abandoned at a trailer park in the Fort Frances area in August 2021. She had clearly had a litter of kittens recently when she was found, but sadly no kittens could be located. Daisy had been in foster care in Fort Frances for several months and has recently been transferred to Caring Hearts.
Daisy’s foster mom from Fort Frances describes her as a bit shy until she gets to know you. She will come to you on her own and will come running when she hears the food bag or can being opened. She likes other (friendly) cats and will tolerate dogs. She loves to sunbathe and play with toys – she’ll swat toys around. Her favourite spot is in ANY window and sometimes she will hide in a shelf or behind the couch- curled up sound asleep- and her foster parents have to go looking for her.

Miss Daisy has a very cute meow – it’s kind of a squawk – almost like her vocal cords didn’t develop fully. Her purr machine works great though!

She’d be great with an older person/couple or a quiet/chill home where she could thrive, probably without kids. Daisy doesn’t like noise and commotion.
Daisy is a great cat who has had a very tough life so far. If you think your home could provide the love and care she so richly deserves, contact us for more information or to reserve her.
