Bootsie is a 11 week old kitten who just came into our care. He and sibling Tanger were found abandoned in a box in a rural driveway. You just have to wonder about some people. On first impression, they are very outgoing and affectionate, and VERY inquisitive. They will be going into foster care and seeing the vet as soon as it can be arranged.
