Wolfie was brought to Caring Hearts by a compassionate stranger who found the poor terrified cat caught in a rusty leg hold trap. Wolfie was sedated to remove the trap and to assess the damage to her leg. After several days of observation at Highview Animal Clinic, it was determined that amputation of Wolfie’s leg was necessary.
After she had healed from her surgery, Wolfie went on a trial adoption to a loving family. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the family’s resident cat wouldn’t accept the newcomer, and Wolfie needed to be returned to Caring Hearts.
Wolfie is a sweet loving girl who has had the odds stacked against her so far in her short life. She is a black three-legged adult female. She needs a special someone to take her in and tip the scales of justice in her favour!
